Our Story
Mossy Oak Campground sits on a stretch of Wayne County land that feels untouched by hurry. Ancient live oaks hang heavy with Spanish moss, casting cool shade over sites where you can park your RV or settle into our standalone cedar cabin.
We opened these grounds for people who want to unplug without giving up comfort. There's no noisy nightlife, no crowds, no reason to raise your voice. Just the sound of wind in the branches, the occasional hoot of an owl at dusk, and the kind of quiet that lets you remember what it feels like to do nothing at all.
Whether you're passing through the Golden Isles region or making a deliberate detour off the grid, Mossy Oak gives you a home base that's quiet, clean, and genuinely restful.
